Our experiences may sometimes take hold and refuse to let go, no matter how hard we try to shake loose. This is when extra support is needed to help create balance and calm, whatever that might look like for the individual. Our clients don't typically present with one concern, but many co-occurring symptoms and behaviors, some of which are listed below. We do not believe there is a "one-size-fits-all" approach that will effectively support the many concerns and comorbidities we are presented with on a daily basis. Our clinicians offer an array of knowledge and experiences and have supported clients of differing ages and symptoms in family, couples, and individual counseling.
