Meet our team

Adrien Schuh (She/her) | LPC, NCC, ADHD-CCSP, EMDR-Trained | Co-Owner, Clinical Director

I have a particular passion for working with clients navigating complex/generational trauma, and anyone facing significant changes in their personal or professional life.  Specializing in EMDR, IFS, and trauma-informed care, I create a compassionate and supportive space where clients can process difficult experiences, develop practical coping skills, and build resilience.  I truly believe that healing is a collaborative process and focus on empowering clients, connecting with their strengths, and instilling confidence and hope for the future.

I utilize a warm and approachable style, combining evidence-based practices with curiosity, empathy and humor, helping clients feel supported and understood as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward lasting emotional well-being.

Katie Zambrotta (she/her) | LPC | Co-Owner, Managing Partner

Life can feel hard and heavy at times, you don’t have to carry it alone. Therapy can be a space where we slow things down, make sense of what you’re holding, and begin to move through it together.

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with extensive experience in substance use treatment and trauma-informed care. My work is grounded in a strengths-based, integrative approach, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. I am committed to providing LGBTQIA2+ informed and gender-affirming care, ensuring that every client feels seen, respected, and supported. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA2+ community, I understand the importance of creating a safe, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where clients can explore identity, process challenges, and move toward meaningful growth. My approach focuses on fostering resilience, building on inherent strengths, and supporting clients in developing the insight and tools needed to navigate life’s complexities with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Tina Wilson (she/her) | MA, LPCC

I am passionate about helping couples, families, and individuals restore broken relationships and find deeper connection. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I guide you in uncovering the core issues—those raw spots that create distance, conflict, and emotional pain. Healing begins when we address these underlying struggles with honesty and compassion. Relationships are the heart of life, and they are worth the work. Whether you're navigating marital challenges, family tensions, or emotional wounds from the past, I provide a safe, supportive space to help you heal, grow, and rebuild trust.

You don’t have to go through this alone—I’m here to walk alongside you on this journey toward restoration and deeper intimacy.

Elizabeth Leibel (she/her) | MA, LPCC, MFTC

I am a Marriage & Family Therapy Candidate trained in the Gottman Method, and a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate.  My passion is to help people recognize, understand, and change unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior to lead them into more fulfilling, satisfying, and healthy relationships.  If you’re feeling disconnected, stuck, or longing for peace, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, compassionate space to heal, grow, and reconnect.

Casey Johnson (she/her) | MA, LPCC | Social Media Manager

Therapy works best when you don’t have to perform. You don’t need perfect words or a clear explanation—you just have to show up as you are. I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or like they carry more than others see—often the responsible one, the overthinker, the one everyone relies on. Therapy becomes the place where you get support, too.

My approach is integrative, with a strong foundation in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Rather than trying to eliminate anxiety or self-doubt, we shift your relationship to those experiences so they no longer run your life. We make room for hard emotions while moving toward what matters most to you.

Our work will be collaborative, curious, and grounded. We’ll explore patterns, build practical coping skills, and gently challenge what keeps you stuck—at a pace that feels safe. My goal isn’t to fix you, but to help you understand and trust yourself while building a life that feels aligned and meaningful.

Madison Mortensen (she/her) | Masters level intern

Life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re anxious, grieving, feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply sensing that something needs to change. Whatever brings you here, your experiences matter.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, identity development, burnout, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of patterns, and build practical tools that support clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

Together, we’ll balance insight with actionable strategies so what we explore in session feels useful in your everyday life. You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental environment, honest and thoughtful feedback, and support in strengthening emotional regulation, self-understanding, and confidence.

Reaching out isn’t easy—but it can be the start of something transformative.

Ashley zeh (she/her) | administrative coordinator

I'm the Administrative Coordinator at TMP, where I ensure daily operations run smoothly and clients feel supported from the start. I oversee scheduling, manage client paperwork, and serve as the first point of contact for general questions about the practice. With a warm, organized, and approachable style, I help create a welcoming environment for every client and support the team in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

With a genuine passion for helping others and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, I ensure that clients and staff alike feel supported and valued. Outside of work, I homeschool my neurodivergent children and enjoy creating a nurturing environment both at home and in the workplace.
