Meet our Clinical Supervisor Adrien Schuh, LPC, NCC, ADHD-CCSP, EMDR-Trained

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, and specialty certifications in her Post-Graduate work, Adrien brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Clinical Supervisor.  Her background spans multiple treatment settings - including private practice, psychiatry, community mental health, intensive in-home services, and mental health advocacy - allowing her to provide insight and guidance to clinicians at all stages of their professional development.

Adrien has provided clinical supervision and consultation across a range of settings, and has completed specialized supervision training in both Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) and Reflective Supervision.  She is currently pursuing her Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credential to further enhance her supervisory expertise.  Known for her personable and collaborative supervision style, Adrien strives to create a supportive environment where supervisees feel both challenged and encouraged.  

Adrien offers both virtual and in-person supervision sessions from her conveniently located Colorado Springs office, making high-quality supervision accessible and flexible for busy clinicians.  She is described by both current and former supervisees as warm, approachable, and skilled at meeting them where they are, fostering professional growth through empathy, reflection, and practical guidance.
